Yes. All aerial work is conducted under an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, in compliance with federal airspace regulations.

Shoots require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot forfeit the deposit; that amount can be applied toward a rescheduled shoot booked within 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable.
