Who We Are
-
Every project starts the same way: one shoot, every angle, no second vendor to manage. We built Emerald Aerial around a simple observation, agents shouldn't have to hire a photographer for the inside of a home and a separate drone pilot for the outside. So we do both, on the same visit, under one FAA Part 107 certification.
We treat turnaround as seriously as we treat the shots themselves. Every property is delivered MLS-ready within 48 hours, edited and sized correctly the first time, with no back-and-forth before a listing can go live. The goal isn't just good photography, it's photography that doesn't cost an agent time they don't have.

Reliability. A booking is a commitment. Shoots happen on schedule, and deliverables arrive when promised. Every time, not just when convenient.
Full coverage. A listing is more than four walls. Every shoot captures the interior, the exterior, and the aerial context that shows a buyer the lot, the neighborhood, and the setting they're actually paying for.
Craft over volume. Fifteen years of photography experience inform every shoot; composition, lighting, and editing that hold up whether the listing is a starter condo or a lakefront estate.
Compliance, not shortcuts. Every aerial shot is captured under an active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. No gray-area flying, no unlicensed drone work. Just legal, insured aerial photography, every time.

Emerald Aerial grew out of a genuine love for photography and architecture. A genuine interest in how a building's lines, light, and setting come together, long before there was ever a business plan attached to it. Photographing homes and structures was never just a job; it was something worth doing well for its own sake.
That interest turned into fifteen years behind the camera and, eventually, six years flying drones. A natural extension of the same curiosity, just from a different vantage point. Getting an FAA Part 107 certification meant that curiosity could be put to work legally and safely, capturing angles a camera on the ground never could.
Today, that same eye for architecture and composition is applied to every listing shot across the Eastside; Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Mercer Island, and the surrounding communities. The bundled approach of interior, exterior, and aerial in one visit isn't a business gimmick. It's just the most complete way to actually show a property the way it deserves to be seen.
